services. These include organisations such as Stripe, Google, Meta, MailChimp, Survey Monkey and Microsoft. In the event Retail Checker Ltd is acquired, personal data shall be transferred to the new organisation and you shall be informed.

We may need to transfer and process your personal data outside of the United Kingdom. When we
send personal data to a country outside of the United Kingdom, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by ensuring at least one of the safeguards permitted under the UK Data Protection Laws is used and we ensure that your personal data is adequately protected through legal agreements and technical security controls.

Retention

We hold enquiries for 2 years, lapsed customer data for 5 years and any information you have provided to us for our Community User Generate Content section of the website will be held indefinitely unless you explicitly ask us to remove the content from our website.

Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
